By using www.weddingundercontrol.com (the “Site”) or any product or service obtained from the Site (the “Product”) or Dropbox, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the Site or Product.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Product strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site or Product, you warrant to Wedding Under Control that you will not use the Site or Product for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, such as downloadable files or templates, text, logos, and images, is the property of Wedding Under Control or its associates or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. You may not publish, transmit, distribute, sell, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site, except as permitted with a personal or business license, or with express written permission from Wedding Under Control. Your use of the Site or Product does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use the protected content solely for your personal or business use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Wedding Under Control and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Wedding Under Control or our licencors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Personal License
Any workbook product (the “Workbook”), such as a downloadable template or custom workbook, includes one non-transferable personal license to be used for one’s personal or household use only. Once provided with the link to your Workbook, you may modify the Workbook as allowed by the copyright owner. Wedding Under Control and its associates are not responsible for the proper functionality of the Workbook once it has been modified by you. You may not save copies of the Workbook for your own personal or household use outside of Dropbox. You may not transfer the Workbook or a copy of it onto another computer in your household. You may not send, give, transfer, distribute, or sell any downloadable template or custom workbook, free or otherwise, original or modified, to anyone outside of your household unless you have a business license or express written permission from Wedding Under Control.
Business partnerships
A non-transferable business partnership is available for our Workbook product for commercial purposes. Each partnership is specific to, and limited to, one business and the full 3-in-1 workbook. With a business partnership, you may sell or give the Workbook for business purposes. You may not alter or modify the Workbook in any way prior to sending, giving, transferring, distributing, or selling it. Linking to the Site
You may link to the web pages on www.weddingundercontrol.com provided that your website does not contain content that is harmful (illegal, pornographic, etc.).
Materials Provided or Content Posted to Wedding Under Control
Wedding Under Control does not claim ownership of the materials or content you provide to the Site (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to the Site or our associated services (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Wedding Under Control permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. For example: Facebook comments, submitted comments or photos through the Site, etc.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Wedding Under Control is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Wedding Under Control’s sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Wedding Under Control and www.weddingundercontrol.com and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Wedding Under Control include www.weddingundercontrol.com. By using the Wedding Under Control website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Use of your Personal Information
Wedding Under Control collects and uses your personal information to operate its business and deliver the products and services you have requested. Wedding Under Control may contact you to conduct research about current products or services, or of potential new products or services. Wedding Under Control may also, without connecting any personally identifiable information, use statistical information of client databases for internal analysis of product performance and opportunities to better serve its clients. All information will first be made anonymous prior to any analysis to avoid any potential breech of confidentiality.
Wedding Under Control does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Wedding Under Control does not store or receive personal financial information. All transactions are handled through a secure payment service provided by Squarespace.com.
Wedding Under Control will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Wedding Under Control or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Wedding Under Control; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Wedding Under Control, or the public.
Collection of your Personal Information
Wedding Under Control may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address. Wedding Under Control does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Wedding Under Control. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Wedding Under Control website.
Wedding Under Control encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Wedding Under Control so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Wedding Under Control is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Wedding Under Control website.

The Wedding Under Control website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience and save you time. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. When you return to the same Wedding Under Control website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from Wedding Under Control by contacting Wedding Under Control.
Refund Policy
In general, Wedding Under Control does not offer refunds on downloadable templates due to the digital nature of the products. An exception may be made in rare instances when a template has an error (i.e. within a formula or in the VBA code) that prevents it from functioning properly. The error must be within the original, unaltered download. Wedding Under Control is not responsible for errors caused by template changes from the user.
If you believe there is an error in one of our templates, please contact us describing the error in detail, along with applicable screenshots. Please also let us know what version of Excel you are using (i.e. 2013) and a Mac or PC. We will look into it ASAP and may ask you some further questions and/or request a copy of your template. If there is in fact an error (and we are able to fix it), you will have the option of getting a refund on your original download, or a copy of the updated template.
If there is no error in the template, but you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make you a happy customer again!
We encourage you to read through the product descriptions and instructions thoroughly prior to making a purchase. Please pay special attention to the system requirements noted on each product page, to ensure the template is compatible with your version of Excel.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Wedding Under Control from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Wedding Under Control Content accessed through the Site in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wedding Under Control, its owners, directors, employees, associates, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Product, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Wedding Under Control reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Wedding Under Control in asserting any available defenses.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. WEDDING UNDER CONTROL AND/OR ITS ASSOCIATES AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE OR PRODUCT AT ANY TIME.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND PRODUCT.
Termination/Access Restriction
Wedding Under Control reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site or Product, or to revoke a Personal or Business License agreement, or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. You may terminate this agreement by not using the Site or any product or service obtained from the Site, and destroying all materials obtained from the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tennessee in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site or Product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
Changes to Terms
Wedding Under Control reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Wedding Under Control encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
